High-Current Transmission in Ultra-Compact Battery Spaces

Integrating high-voltage battery packs with Power Distribution Units (BDU) and Inverters requires exceptional thermal management and extreme bendability in tight spaces. Our HV cables utilize flexible Class 5/6 fine-stranded tinned/bare copper conductors combined with cross-linked XLPE/Silicone rubber insulation, enabling tight bending radii (<3*OD) without stress cracking.
